America's Red Rock Wilderness Act was developed over the past two decades by citizens, volunteers, and conservationists and has been extensively researched, field checked, and documented. America's Red Rock Wilderness Act would designate roughly 9.4 million acres of Bureau of Land Management (BLM) public land in Utah as wilderness under the Wilderness Act of 1964.
