Sheltrown Sells State Land to Golf Course Developer

This bill allows Representative Joel Sheltrown (D-West Branch) to force the DNR to sell 475 acres of public parkland in his district to a golf course developer. The bill violates existing decision-making processes for the sale of public land, which is overseen by the DNR.
Status
Unfortunately, this bill snuck through a House vote and now awaits action in the Senate.
