SEMG
- The Sierra Club's Southeast Michigan Group
The SEMG is the local voice for the Sierra
Club, our nation's oldest, largest, & most influential
grassroots environmental organization. SEMG's 6,500 members
work together to protect our communities and our planet.
We meet on the first, second, third and last Thursdays of
the month to discuss, plan, and work on environmental issues
relevant to southeast Michigan.
General membership meetings are held on the
first Thursday of each month (unless otherwise noted; there
are no meetings in January, July, or August) at the
Northwest Unitarian Universalist Church at 23925 Northwestern
Hwy., southbound service drive, between Southfield and Evergreen
roads, and 9 and 10 Mile roads, in Southfield.
All are welcome. Light refreshments are provided.
Schedule is as follows:
6:30-7:30 - Potluck
Dinner & Social Time
7:30-8:00 - Business
