SEMG
- The Sierra Club's Southeast Michigan Group
The SEMG is the local voice for the Sierra
Club, our nation's oldest, largest, & most influential
grassroots environmental organization. SEMG's 6,500 members
work together to protect our communities and our planet.
We meet on the first, second, third and last Thursdays of
the month to discuss, plan, and work on environmental issues
relevant to southeast Michigan.
The Southeast
MI Group (SEMG) Programs are presented
during SEMG's monthly General Membership Meetings. These meetings give members and
non-members alike the opportunity to socialize, make environment-related
announcements, and discuss SEMG business matters. See below
for upcoming topic details.
The business meeting will begin at 7:00 sharp.
The featured programs listed below begin at 7:30pm.All
are welcome, members and non-members alike, so please
consider bringing a friend!
Where: Birmingham Unitarian Church,
38651 Woodward Avenue, Bloomfield Hills, located at the N. W. corner of Lone Pine Rd. and WoodwardAve. (map) Light refreshments are provided.
When: The
first Thursday of each month (except January,
July, and August).

7:00-7:30 - Business meeting (brief local club update)
